Shipping & Handling Charges


For design centers with online account approval and a Discount Verification Code (DVC), a flat Rate of $3.95 applies on all orders shipping direct to the design center or primary business location. For all other destinations, actual UPS/USPS shipping charges will apply. Most all of our items are shipped via UPS. We offer both drop-ship and regular-ship options to our clients. The charges vary by UPS and USPS based upon both weight and final postal code destination. The modest shipping and handling charges are added for the costs of boxing, wrapping and packaging.

More importantly, though, we want the total experience with us to be excellent - and part of that excellent experience is making sure your items arrive correctly, on-time, and in great condition. Items ship from our warehouses in Michigan and we are experts at shipping fragile items. We ship thousands of items each month & we maintain one of the highest fragile shipment success rates in the United States. We use a variety of means available including bubble wrap, newsprint, packing peanuts and soft foam to ensure your packages arrive in perfect condition.

How Are Items Shipped

Ground shipments may be shipped by a variety of means including the United States Postal Service or UPS. Expedited shipments utilize the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or other Carrier 3-Day select services. Items cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii or outside the contiguous United States. All quoted times are estimates for transit only - these estimates do not include product-specific processing times. Product-specific processing times are found on the individual product pages and vary by product and finish. Most orders are shipped within two to three business days unless otherwise posted.

Observed Holidays

We ship fast, but be aware that our shipping department observes various holidays. These include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving & Following Friday
  • Christmas Eve Through New Years Eve

  • Valid Destinations

    Online shipping system is only valid for shipments to the continental United States. If you wish to have items shipped to other countries, please contact us for details. 

    Returns and Exchanges

    For Returns or Exchanges, a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required. Please refer to our online Return Policy for further details.

    Notification of Policy Changes
    If we decide to make material changes to our shipping policy, in whole or in part, we will post these changes on our web site. Those changes will go into effect on the date posted in the notice. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our web site and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent.
