Copper Mountain Hardware is based out of the Great State of Michigan - where for generations Copper was mined from the land surrounding Lake Superior. Today, we are an American Company producing vintage style reproduction hardware from Copper, Iron, Bronze, Brass and Steel - using the same traditions of manufacture passed down from generation to generation.

Application For Wholesale
Shipping Information:
Ground shipments may be shipped by a variety of means including the United States Postal Service or UPS. Expedited shipments utilize the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or other Carrier 3-Day select services. Items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by the United States Postal Service and normally show longer lead times than the averages. Shipments to Canada utilize the United States Postal Service and UPS. All quoted times are estimates for transit only - these estimates do not include product-specific processing times. Product-specific processing times are found on the individual product pages and vary by product and finish. Most orders are shipped within two to three business days unless otherwise posted.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Approved Order Cancellations must be done by email and are subject to a restocking fee of eighteen (18) percent. Returns or Exchanges are subject to a twentyfive (25) percent restocking fee unless otherwise negotiated.

We ship fast, but be aware that our shipping department observes various holidays. These include, but may not be limited to, the following:

We ship our items to the United States and its Territories, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. We cannot ship to any other countries other than those listed.
